Pasta e Fagioli Soup with Meatball

Ingredients

  • 500 g minced steak 
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup tomato paste 
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
  • oil for shallow frying 
  • 2L chicken stock 
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced 
  • 1/2 cup pasta e fagioli
  • 1 Cup shelled peas
  • 1 x 310 g can red kidney beans, drained

Cooking Method and Steps:
